I love to start my day with a fresh smoothie and this one is my favourite! It fills you with goodness and is perfect for breakfast on the go or an afternoon pick-me-up.

Ingredients

  • 1 handful kale
  • juice of half a lime
  • 1 inch ginger (add more if you’re a fan)
  • 200 ml almond milk (I make my own, but shop bought is fine)
  • 1 sprinkle chia seeds

Here’s how you make it
