I love to start my day with a fresh smoothie and this one is my favourite! It fills you with goodness and is perfect for breakfast on the go or an afternoon pick-me-up.
- 1 handful kale
- juice of half a lime
- 1 inch ginger (add more if you’re a fan)
- 200 ml almond milk (I make my own, but shop bought is fine)
- 1 sprinkle chia seeds
Here’s how you make it
- Add all the ingredients into a blender.
- Blend for 3 minutes or until it’s smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
