You can win one of three Yoga Design Lab yoga mats to help you get started with our yoga sequence from Elizabeth Smullens Brass.  We will be giving away one yoga mat each week for the next three weeks with our Instagram competition.

Yoga Design Lab pride themselves on their ecological approach – using biodegradable natural tree rubber and water based inks. Founder Chad Turner wanted to make people more excited about practicing yoga, and with the mats coming in a range of bright designs the winners will be stretching out happily at home!

How to Enter

1. Post a photo on Instagram of you doing one of the six poses from Elizabeth’s Yoga Sequence. You can choose from
   1. Child’s Pose
   2. Downward facing dog
   3. Standing forward bend
   4. Mountain Pose
   5. Mountain Pose with Arms Extended Overhead
   6. Savasana .
2. Use #YogaPoseWithUs to enter.
3. One winner will be chosen each week by Elizabeth and announced on this page and on Instagram.

Terms & Conditions

• All winners must be based in the EU.
• Winners will be selected by Elizabeth Smullens Brass from Iyengar Yoga Zentrum Berlin.
• In week 1 (starting 20/1/2017, ending midnight 26/1/2017), we will be giving away 1 x  Combo Mat (3.5 mm thick).
• In week 2 (starting 27/1/2017, ending midnight 2/2/2017), we will be giving away 1 x Commuter Mat (1.5 mm thick).
• In week 3 (starting 3/2/2017, ending midnight 9/2/2017), we will be giving away 1 x Travel Mat (1 mm thick).
• Each winner will be given an Amazon Voucher code corresponding to the type of mat (Combo, Commuter or Travel)  awarded to them.
• By submitting an entry, each Entrant warrants that
  • the entry does not violate any laws or regulations, including but not limited to those relating to obscenity, indecency, sex, race or religion,
  • the Entrant has followed the conditions of entry (as specified in the ‘How to Enter’ section) and has the rights to the photograph they will use to enter.
• The winners names and winning photos will be published on this page and on Instagram.
