Sally Ross-Clark, Alanna’s Mum, is well known in the family for promoting an active lifestyle and her love for food. Having just turned 60, Sally is a picture of health – but in 2015 she started reacting to certain ingredients in her food and by being mindful of her sensitivity she is determined to bring her body back into balance.
